Still have questions?

Clearpay offer simple instalment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four instalments, due every 2 weeks.

First-time shoppers provide payment details as usual, returning shoppers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you by us. At any time, you can log in to your Clearpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise Clearpay will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card every 2 weeks.

Please Note:

Clearpay does not approve 100% of orders. They are committed to ensuring they support responsible spending.

When determining which orders to approve, Clearpay considers a number of different factors. As an example, the longer you have been a shopper with Clearpay and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more.

Still have questions?

Clearpay take a few factors into consideration when determining you available to spend amount:

Your payment history of making payments on time.

How long you’ve been using Clearpay.

The spend limits start small and only increase gradually. The longer you have been a responsible shopper with Clearpay - making all payments on time - the more likely the amount you can spend will increase. If you want to cap your spend limits simply contact Clearpay here

If you miss a payment, you won’t be able to buy anything else with Clearpay until your payments are up to date, and your spending limits might decrease too. If you’re having trouble making payments, Clearpay can work together to make a plan to get you back on track.
